POSTER PRESENTATION

If your work has been selected for poster presentation, you will receive the date and time of your session. We kindly suggest following the guidelines below:

Poster Preparation Guidelines
Posters must be printed in vertical format and consist of a single printed page.
Dimensions should be 0.90 meters wide by 1.20 meters high. (If presented in horizontal format, the dimensions must be inverted.)
Use color combinations that ensure easy readability. Avoid using images as background.
A font size larger than 12 is recommended for better legibility.
To enhance clarity, we encourage presenting scientific content through images, charts, graphs, or tables, allowing for quick and easy interpretation.
Posters must include the poster number, title, authors, and institutions exactly as submitted in the original abstract.
No identifiable patient information should be displayed.
Corporate or commercial logos are not permitted.

The deadline to submit your final poster file is August 18th.

ORAL PRESENTATION

If your abstract has been accepted for oral presentation, you will also receive the date and time of your session. Please prepare your presentation according to the following specifications:

Oral Presentation Guidelines
Presentations must be prepared in PowerPoint using 16:9 slide format.
Use standard fonts with a minimum size of 20, and ensure strong contrast between text and background for optimal visibility.
If your presentation includes videos, please ensure they are in formats compatible with PowerPoint. Keynote (Mac) is not supported.
